About craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using very light touch β about the weight of a coin β to work with the body's natural rhythms. Sessions last 45-75 minutes, fully clothed. People seek it for stress, headaches, neck and back tension, and nervous system regulation. It is considered one of the safest forms of manual therapy.

Craniosacral therapy is my passion, I first came to know cranio as a client receiving regular treatments to aid a back problem. subsequently seeing the wonderful way it helped my second baby after a difficult delivery , I was hooked .After completing my training as a craniosacral therapist ,I went on to train as a integrative counsellor. I find these therapies complement one another, being able to offer a holistic approach to the body and mind. Craniosacral therapy is a wonderful way to help our bodies own inherent healing plan.
