Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using very light touch — about the weight of a coin — to work with the body's natural rhythms. Sessions last 45-75 minutes, fully clothed. People seek it for stress, headaches, neck and back tension, and nervous system regulation. It is considered one of the safest forms of manual therapy.

My background is rooted in healing and support of individuals experiencing emotional and mental health issues. I have a degree in social work specialising in counselling and over 20 years' experience of helping people in a care settings. My interest was drawn to those who are vulnerable and struggled with eating disorders, especially anorexia nervosa and bulimia. I worked for over 8 years at an inpatients units, helping people to find their path to health and inner harmony. Having explored talking therapies of all kinds, I always felt there was something missing in the traditional approach to recovery. In 2018 I was introduced to the power of body work through the practice of Hawaiian Healing, LomiLomi massage. This was the moment I understood the profound impact of working with the body has on our healing journey. This ignited my enthusiasm and curiosity for delving deeper into the world of bodywork. In 2021 I graduated as a Craniosacral Therapist. The training gave me the tools to connect with myself on a deeper level as well as those around me. Since 2022 I've been assisting on the CCST course, which continues to expand and deepen my knowledge. I strongly believe that the body is the gateway to profound healing and emotional harmony we can all achieve. I practiced in SW London, Earls Court and Raynes Park. In my free time I study herbalism, dance, meditate and explore life. I continue my learning through my inner work and further professional trainings.
