About craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using very light touch β about the weight of a coin β to work with the body's natural rhythms. Sessions last 45-75 minutes, fully clothed. People seek it for stress, headaches, neck and back tension, and nervous system regulation. It is considered one of the safest forms of manual therapy.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, is a gentle hands-on healing modality that harmonizes the living system by bringing it back to its optimal state. Through compassion, humility, and presence, the therapist invites resonance with something much deeper than our pain and suffering; the health within, which is never lost! This inherent health helps the client gently process pain and trauma in present time. Balance is restored to the system and its expression is more grounded and stable. The client re-orients to wellness. Basia Avgoustidis, MA, UKCP, RCST is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist in the UK and a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association. She first accredited and started her practice in New York in 2013. Basia continued her studies with the renowned Craniosacral Biodynamics pioneer Franklyn Sills, to deepen the quality of her presence and work. She specializes in trauma resolution, general overwhelm, nervous system disorders and chronic conditions.
