Sulla terapia craniosacrale
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using very light touch — about the weight of a coin — to work with the body's natural rhythms. Sessions last 45-75 minutes, fully clothed. People seek it for stress, headaches, neck and back tension, and nervous system regulation. It is considered one of the safest forms of manual therapy.

I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have a background in mindfulness and shamanic informed practices. I may bring elements of these into the sessions.
